Great service, welcoming receptionist, convenient location in Old Town, modern facilities, and friendly staff. The floor heaters, rain showers, and heated toilet seats were great extras. The cozy reading room and restaurant were special bonuses. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. We also got a free room upgrade to a loft, and the hosts at dinner were friendly and knowledgeable.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel offered a unique and charming atmosphere that was perfect for an Easter escape. The location was ideal, situated close to restaurants and shopping. The heated toilet and comfy beds were a plus.
The language barrier made communication difficult which resulted in poor service. The breakfast options were limited and not to my taste.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Old Town! The location was perfect, as it was quiet yet close to the main area. The service was impeccable, with the receptionist being very welcoming and attentive. The room itself was stunning, with floor heaters, a toilet seat warmer, and even tea leaves and free desserts. We also received a free room upgrade to a loft, which was a pleasant surprise. The amenities provided, such as the sitting area, dining table, and patio, added to our comfort and enjoyment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place to our friends!

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, which was bustling with festive activities during our Christmas stay. the in-room heating system was effective and kept us warm throughout the chilly nights. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to cater for both Chinese and Western tastes, and the noodles were particularly delicious.
The language barrier was a bit of a challenge as most of the staff spoke little English. the toiletries provided were not sufficient and we had to repeatedly ask for extras.
